No. Every order is blind-shipped: plain packaging, your store name on the label where the platform allows it, and nothing from us inside the parcel. Your brand stays yours.
We sync with your ShipStation, Shippo or Shopify account, so new orders — including personalisation text and design choices — arrive with us automatically in real time. If you'd rather send a CSV or email orders across manually, that works too.
Both. Personalisation is our specialty — family names, custom text, dates, "pick your design" variants. We apply the customer's details to your template on every order as part of production.
We produce and dispatch from our UK facility, and we can ship worldwide. A USA production facility is coming soon — once it's live, US orders will dispatch domestically.
